WARRANTY TERMS

Thank you for choosing ROCH USA, LLC and our products/services. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products/services, and we stand behind the performance and durability of our offerings. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

ROCH USA, LLC offers comprehensive warranty on majority of sold products. If warranty is offered, it will be listed on the invoice to indicate warranty period length. In case of part failure or malfunction, purchased part needs to be shipped back to our technical center for primary inspection and diagnosis. Our staff will perform in depth inspection and test the part. If the test results indicate problems with the unit, damaged or malfunctioning components will be replaced with new ones according to manufacturer’s technical specifications.

By using our products/services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty.

Coverage and duration are specified at the time of purchase and are listed on the invoice to indicate warranty period. We use the following durations based on product condition.

ROCH REMAN

  • Our warranty covers products for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

OEM NEW

  • Standard OEM factory warranty of one year from the date of purchase.

OEM REMAN

  • Standard OEM factory warranty of six months from the date of purchase.

USED TESTED

  • Our warranty covers products for a period of 3 to 6 months from the date of purchase. This is determined based on product type.

USED “AS IS”

  • Sold as is with no warranty coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes defects in manufacturing and the performance of the product as specified in the accompanying documentation.

By using our products/services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or damage.

Misuse or Abuse:

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repair, or alterations to the product.

Third-Party Accessories:

  • Damage caused by the use of accessories, components, or consumables not supplied or approved by ROCH USA, LLC is not covered by this warranty.

ROCH USA, LLC saves a right to void a warranty if any self repair, third party repair, troubleshooting or part dismantling is performed on a sold part unless otherwise specified. Damaged part needs to be returned directly to the original location part was shipped from, where it will be diagnosed by our experienced technicians.

Notification:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at CLAIM SUPPORT within the warranty period.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Return Authorization:

  • Before returning any product for warranty service, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to original location product was purchased from. ROCH USA, LLC does not cover the shipping costs for repaired or replaced items under warranty.

Repair or Replacement:

  • At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the defective product or provide a comparable product or service.

Refund:

  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund for the purchase price of the product/service.

To the extent permitted by law, ROCH USA LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product or service.
