How can I request a quotation for hydraulic system parts?

What information do I need to provide when requesting a quotation?
When requesting a quotation, please provide details such as the specific hydraulic part you need, part number, model number, delivery preferences, desired condition. We advise to send us a picture of a part or picture of nameplate to speed up the process.
Do you offer volume discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, bulk orders come with additional discount. Discount amount varies on the order size and availability.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: bank wire transfers, ACH transfer, PayPal and credit card payments.
How are shipping and handling costs determined?
Our shipping rate consists of two factors: packaging and freight charge. We use major freight companies to provide like DHL, UPS or FedEx to deliver our products. We always aim to save money for our customers and go with the best freight price. Incoterm used is DAP.
What is the typical lead time for delivery?

How do I track my order once it has been placed?
Once the order is placed and payment is received our team will start getting the part ready for shipping. Once the part is ready expect to receive a tracking number for your shipment.
