Is warranty included?
Yes, we do offer warranty on all products we sell. New products come with a standard factory warranty of 6 months. Used and re-manufactured products come with a 3 month warranty.
How does the warranty work?
In case of part failure or malfunction, purchased part needs to be shipped back to our technical center for primary inspection and diagnosis. Our skilled staff will perform in depth inspection and test bench the part. If the test results indicate problems with the unit, damaged or malfunctioning components will be replaced with new ones accordingly to manufacturer’s technical specifications. The warranty does not cover any shipping costs. Average warranty case takes between 5 – 10 business days from the time of part arrival in our Tech Center.
What do you mean by new, re-manufactured and used?
New – original aftermarket or oem part that arrived directly from the manufacturer’s facility. Part has never been used before or have been modified in any way. Some of our new products may have some outside wear due to stocking.
Re-manufacture – aftermarket or oem part that has been completely rebuilt on original components according to manufacturer’s technical specifications.
Used – aftermarket or oem part that has been removed from a dismantled heavy construction equipment. Part was inspected, test benched and the results indicated that part works as intended.

What about shipping?
All prices quoted are EXW, also known as Ex Works meaning we package the goods appropriately or as specified by the buyer. Buyer is then responsible for organization of its own transpiration from our warehouse to the final destination. The liability for the goods transfers immediately at the time of product pick up.
If requested by a buyer, we can arrange shipping through our freight companies we cooperate with.
All quotes with requested transportation cost included standard shipping of 4 – 7 business days. Express shipping may vary based on geographical location.
Do you offer product return?
We do not offer product return. All sales are final.
